Scrolling the bookmarks pegs the CPU at 99%. The bookmark menu itself is *very*
CPU intensive.

Actually just hovering them really fast up and down makes the CPU usage go up to 90%

And 2.5 years later this problem still exists in Mozilla 1.7.6.  100% CPU
utilization on a P3/650Mhz (WinXP/SP2) and 50% utilization on a P4/2400MHz (Linux).

Still seeing this on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b2)
Gecko/20050421 Firefox/1.0+

This is especially a problem with large bookmark files. CPU usage when scrolling
(or hovering) ranged between 50% and 75% on both this trunk build and 1.0.4.
