Details

The right click "Save Link Target As" does nothing.  I have chosen Progress Bar
or Download Manager in the preferences, but they change nothing. A direct click
on the URL downloads the file (e.g. a pdf shows up in acrobat)  This is new
since 1.2 alpha
Plase search before you file a bug.

I expect that you use 1.2b but please add your used build in every bug report.
