Steps to reproduce:

On Linux with KDE desktop environment i have ran Firefox 91.7.0 along with another apps and found that

Actual results:

the master password prompt (for passwords database) was lost on the background and thanks to that password suggestions in Firefox not worked. This was confusing.

Expected results:

The prompt should be always on the top when you highlight(switch to) Firefox window.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Password Manager' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
