Prerequisites:
ETP - Strict enabled

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate https://www.riu.com/en/hotel/mexico/los-cabos/hotel-riu-palace-cabo-san-lucas/
2. Observe the page.

Expected Behavior:
All icons are displayed correctly.

Actual Behavior:
Some icons are broken (e.g "See photos of the hotel", "See Map", "Check in-Check-out", "Highlights" arrows etc)

Note:

1. With ETP - Standard.

These icons are served on a Monetate host, which is blocked as a tracker (for instance https://sb.monetate.net/img/1/1115/2356709.png). The best we could do here is to let users opt into allowing the tracking if they really want to see the icons.
