+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1750728+++

It was partially improvement by Bug 1749380, it seems to have been regressed by Bug 1757002 again. Scrolling becomes jank and slow.
Please see Bug #1750728 comment#17.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/CSS_Transforms/Using_CSS_transforms#result_2 (last sample)
  2. Wait for page load and rendered
  3. Try to scroll the page by Keyboard/Mouse wheel/Scroll bar

Actual results:
scrolling is very slow

Expected results:
Not slow

I'm not sure we need a new bug here as #1750728 is still open and has context about how to fix it (see comment 15)?
