When downloading files off Mozilla 1.2 Beta in Windows 2000, I always get an error message. Here's a sample message: C:\DOCUME~1\ROBERT~1\LOCALS~1\TEMP\3ojmsjom.ZIP could not be saved, because the source file cannot be read. Try again or contact your system administrator. In Mozilla 1.2a, the downloads transferred without problems. Also, I haven't had this problem with the latest Mozilla in Linux. This is not like Bug 150984, since it involves Chimera for Mac OS X. Downloading is a crucial part to any browser and this problem has gone a bit out of hand. Like in Linux, the "Needs Update" is displayed beside the English (United StateS) and US Region packs. Removing the other language packs and disabling BannerBlind weren't of any help neither and this applies to any download link that is other than HTML, XML, JPEG, GIF, BMP, any image file, or JavaScript.
