Bug 1627956 will introduce visual feedback for encryption status, and recipient key availability status.

(Previously, there was no such feedback in the UI, and no dynamic update of status was necessary.)

When making to changes to OpenPGP keys anywhere in Thunderbird, e.g. the OpenPGP key manager, or in other composer windows that are open in parallel, or by simply reading email and automatically collecting new keys, the status can change.

It will be very confusing if a composer window continues to display the incorrect information.

We should invent a mechanism that allows the composer window to notice any kind of OpenPGP key changes, anywhere in the application, and refresh the display whenever this happens.

In my opinion this should be a blocker for the stable Thunderbird summer 2022 release.
