Steps to reproduce:

using "Open With" when opening zip files, word files, ... from within a web page

Actual results:

They get downloaded in the default download directory. No way to change this.

Expected results:

I want them to be downloaded in the temp directory so they get automatically deleted after viewing the file. If I want them downloaded, I still can choose "Download" instead of "Open With".
The new behavior is contra-productive. The only thing I can do now is to set the Temp folder as default download folder. But if now I don't take attention, also my downloads get deleted when I forget to change the download location.
I don't understand why the default download folder needs to be the same folder as the temporary folder used to open files. Download IS NOT open, seems clear to me ...
As the downloads folder on many system is already a big trash folder, with this change it even will become worse !
