The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Firefox::File Handling' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

If you open the browser console (ctrl-shift-j) are there errors in there from aboutSupport.js
or Troubleshooting.jsm
?

That's the regular devtools - though it's bad that that's broken and I wonder why that is... - does the browser console (try the shortcut I provided) also not work?

When I start Firefox, there are too many errors.

I have a feeling this is the same root cause as https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1730498. The original comment in that bug also talks about the regular Developer Tools being broken - and that bug also involves issues around profiles.
Do you also have a non-MSIX version of Firefox installed?

Yes, I have Firefox Nightly installed, and this issue doesn't affect this branch.
I think All Firefox product (Win32 app) doesn't affect by this issue, too.

Yes, I think MSIX version of Firefox has not working properly , include "Cookies and local storage are required" when accessing https://accounts.firefox.com on Firefox store version.

Note: When open Firefox in a first run, this page is normal (I mean, show login page and can log in). But when I open in second attempt, an error has occured, as I provided attachment.

This is consistent with https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1730498, so I'm pretty sure this is a dupe.

Whoa, I forgot that link! So everything I provided in this bug is included in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1730498. Sorry.
P/s: None of released build of Firefox MSIX version was working well. I think it is limitations of MSIX version.

Could you try to build MSIX version with this permission? Current MSIX version of Firefox hasn't own this one, as I know.

No worries, I didn't expect you to know about it :). Thank you for providing so much information so quickly - it's quite helpful!
There's some deeper investigation in that bug, and there are probably ways that we can workaround it (although I don't know if we can fix already broken profiles such as yours...).
I'm going to mark this a dupe, and take this new report as further evidence that we should prioritize fixing this bug.(In reply to ZoeMeow.3010 from comment #16)

We're actually investigating this for other reasons, but doing so requires Microsoft to specially approve it - so it's certainly not something we can do overnight, or possibly at all (depending on what they say).

I think add "Unvirtualized resources" permission is a easiest solution, although I'm not sure can help you. If this doesn't help, sorry about that.

Yeah, I agree with this. We've witnessed a handful of bugs around virtualization, so I would absolutely love to get this permission if we can.
