The scrollbar of parent element is visible in absolutely positioned child element(s). Please see (https://jsfiddle.net/01h5xf9b/) and the attached screenshot for a better explanation.
I first noticed this issue in Firefox Developer Edition 99.0b5. I doesn't happen in the Firefox 98.0.1. I haven't tested any other versions.

Just updated Developer Edition to 99.0b6 and the issue seems to be resolved.

I'm going to close this out as the issue is no longer reproducible. Feel free to file a new bug if you experience this behavior again.
