Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:98.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/98.0
Steps to reproduce:
If I open Firefox and go to youtube for example
Actual results:
The video does not play.
Sometimes if I wait it plays.
If I open firefox via commandline I receive these errors:
libva info: VA-API version 1.13.0
libva info: User environment variable requested driver 'radeonsi'
libva info: Trying to open /usr/lib/dri/radeonsi_drv_video.so
libva info: Found init function __vaDriverInit_1_13
/usr/share/libdrm/amdgpu.ids: Permission denied

If I change media.rdd-process.enabled from true to false, the video plays and I don't get any errors. What does this media.rdd-process.enabled do? What changes if I set it to false? Is it a bad thing?
Expected results:
It should play.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Audio/Video: Playback' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.
