Clicking a bookmark folder to reveal the contents seems to work as expected except the drop down is hidden behind the main content window. The drop down entries are still selectable when mousing over. This did not affect the application menu.
I've only seen this a couple times and it started to happen when I was playing with multiple desktops on Windows (super key + tab).
I was running Nighty from March 20th. I don't have STR at the moment, sorry.

Given that the footer is being shown but none of the other content, this looks like a graphics/layering glitch to me, so moving over there.

This is going to be a tough one to investigate without a way to repduce it. In case it reproduces again, could you enable the pref gfx.webrender.debug.enable-capture
and next time the it reproduces, press ctrl + shift + 3
(on some keyboard layouts this may be Ctrl + #
). it will dump a wr-capture folder in your home directory which contains a recording of all of the graphics primitive present during the frame of the capture. If you post it here we can replay it using a tool and hopefully see where things got in the wrong order.
