Create a new report that contains the information in these reports:

• Server Authentication (SSL/TLS) Root Certificates
• PEM of Root Certificates in Mozilla’s Root Store with the Websites (TLS/SSL) Trust Bit Enabled (TXT)
• PEM of Root Certificates in Mozilla’s Root Store with the Websites (TLS/SSL) Trust Bit Enabled (CSV)

And adds columns for CA Owner Information:

• CA Owner's Name
• CA Owner's Alternate Names
• CA Owner's Country (in CCADB)
• CA Owner's Geographic Focus
• Subordinate CA Owner -- for intermediate certs
• Document Repository
• CA Owner's Primary Market / Customer Base
• Public Comments on the CA Owner
