- Start MozillaBuild
- Press
ALT-F4
This used to work with MozillaBuild 3.4, but no longer with 4.0.

This will associate pressing "alt-f4" with the logout keypress.
Unfortunately, this only works when sitting in bash without any
characters in the terminal buffer.
However, if I'm understanding Takashi's response [1] correctly, we can
only bind to the alt-f4 keypress at the "readline" level, and not at the
tty level.
