Steps to reproduce:
Go to https://emojipedia.org/melting-face/ which renders an emoji belonging to Emoji 14
Actual results:
The emoji is not rendered properly when using the bundle Mozilla Twemoji as the emoji font
Expected results:
The bundled Twemoji should be updated to 14.0 which supports Emoji 14.
It requires https://github.com/mozilla/twemoji-colr/issues/64 first to build the font.

Funny, I was about to file a bug like this because I came across a broken melting face emoji (but someone found this for me).
I wanted to drive home that this affects more than just the one emoji of course, scroll through this page and (assuming melting-face is already broken for you) you'll find several that are broken. I believe all Windows users are affected and some Linux users.
Was surprised to find this bug is four months old though as I didn't figure it requires much in the way of code changes to Firefox.
