Details

Remote l10n strings for pl and ja don't exist, so we should remove the locales from targeting.

Fixing with https://github.com/mozilla/messaging-system-inflight-assets/pull/231/commits/9b3a04e68d3de8e8bc7b93afffa1b095733afefd removing pl and ja-* locales from targeting.
