Go to the above URL at CNN. Watch how the iframe images flicker black each time
a new frame of their animation draws.
Resize the window and watch all the iframes flicker black.

Also observable on the front page of www.wired.com. The top bar flickers black
as you shrink the window.
I can't reproduce this on Linux.

When resizing window entire iframe flickers in top right hand corner
That flickering is a known bug but it's not the bug Hyatt is talking about. I think.
