Firefox's password suggestion leaves out special characters

Steps to reproduce:
- Use any webpage to register a new login.
- Enter email address for the new login.
- Select the suggested password.
Actual results:
The suggested password does not provide special characters for the password, also I do not have authority over the length of the password. This is an issue for many-many websites, I have to add special characters manually and increase the password length as well.
Expected results:
Special characters and password suggestion length control should be in the user's control.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Toolkit::Password Manager' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

Thanks for filing this, we already have this on file so I'm duping it.
Duping to Bug 1559986 because of the title, but this issue is both Bug 1559986 and Bug 1650312 since the reporter mentions that they would like to increase the password length as well.
