Pave-over installs can cause issues with the MSYS environment, moz-phab, and other tools.
Let's make the dialog message that comes up when the installation directory already exist be more clear that pave-over installs may cause issues.

Make it more clear that installing over top of existing MozillaBuild
installations may cause issues.
Additionally, only show the message if an existing installation exists.
