Look at the encryption options 4. click on help and select encryption 5. this show there should be 3 options for encryption instead of 1 Actual Results: The help file shows the 3 options as it should be 1. Always I work for a Helpdesk and this feature is a major asset for us since we're currently stuck with Netscape 4.7x which does have this option. The HELP FILES IS: Encryption You use the Encryption area in the Security panel to specify how you routinely want to use encryption when sending your messages: * Never: Select this option if you never want to use encryption, or only occasionally. * If possible: Select this option if you want to use encryption whenever you have certificates for all the recipients. If you don't have all the necessary certificates, the message will be sent unencrypted. * Always: Select this option if you always want to use encryption. If you don't have all the necessary certificates, the message won't be sent unless you explicitly turn off encryption for that message only. Regardless of which encryption option you select, you can change your mind before you send an individual message. And DOES talk about E-MAIL and not sending encrypted to the Server or not I'm talking about smime encryption options.
