1762649 - Fix "extensions.formautofill.creditCards.supportedCountries" to use "GB" instead of "UK"

Since we determine if credit card autofill is available by checking browser.search.region, we need to ensure our supported countries string follows the pattern that browser.search.region uses. Since this pref uses ISO 3166, we need to make sure our supported countries string is ISO 3166 compliant.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Enables credit card autofill for the United Kingdom. This should be called out in the release notes just like Germany and France were specified in the Fx99 notes.
