Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-60938538
  2. Zoom to 110%

What happens:

Font rendering is bad - eg the counter in the letter "a" is filled in.

Expected result:

Text rendering more similar to 100% or 120%.

Issue seems to only happen on Windows.

:yoasif, if you think that's a regression, could you try to find a regression range using for example mozregression?
