Description

As an existing Firefox user, I can open a new UI surface through a new persistent button on the tab strip, so that I can retrieve previously accessed information or learn about Firefox features.

Acceptance Criteria

• The MyFirefox entry point appears to the most left of the tab strip
• A custom favicon is applied
• Opening the new entry point opens a tab view without opening a new tab
• The MyFirefox entry point behaves in a similar manner to a pinned tab (on hover, active and inactive states)
• The MyFirefox entry point appears on all standard windows
• The MyFirefox entry point does not appear on private windows

Implementation-wise the new entry point will materialize as a toolbar element that doesn’t open a separate tab
