1763075 - Add chromedriver for Chrome v100

Chrome is at version 100 but we're missing chromedrivers for it. See bug 1758733 for the previous chromedriver update.

The Linux browsertime Chrome tests have failed their last 3 runs.

Hi Sebastian, you mentioned that linux browsertime tests have failed in their last 3 runs, in those runs was Chrome version 99 or version 100 failing?

:afinder was this needed for fx100? The last beta is today and this appears it will miss it.

The chromedriver is needed for the chrome/chromium performance tests to pass and it landed 9 days ago. I'm not sure how is this related to beta and why would it miss it?
Aryx, am I missing something?

My apologies, I was a little vague. What I meant is do we need to uplift this into beta(fx100) or is it okay for this to go into fx101(which its already there as of 9 days ago).
I wasn't sure because 100 was not marked as affected and since today was the last beta, I wanted to make sure we didn;t miss this.

These performance tests only run on Nightly - no uplift needed.
