Last Modified is an interesting field, which can be easily calculated for most
webtools.
For cvslog it's based on the most recent revision which will be shown for a page
which will depend on the branch of the currently selected &rev.
For cvsblame it's based on the actual revision specified by &rev.
For cvsview2 it should be the more recent version of the &revs.

the patch makes cvsview2.cgi use cvsblame.pl like its siblings cvslog.cgi and
cvsblame.cgi.

It also does very few code reformat.
