In any attempts to download a file from any website, a message appears that says
'C:\Windows\Temp\g8ki3omy.exe could not be saved because the source file could
not be read. Try again later or contact system administrator.' Additionally,
the Download Manager window will not open and, furthermore, pictures cannot be
saved from websites.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on any link to a file for download (non html)
Actual Results:
Provides error message (see details above), download manager does not open.
Expected Results:
Save the file to disk.
My Computer:
Pentium IV 1.7 ghz
512 MB RAM

Please serach before you file a bug because this one is VERY easy to find.
