Try again later or contact system administrator.' Additionally, the Download Manager window will not open and, furthermore, pictures cannot be saved from websites. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Click on any link to a file for download (non html) Actual Results: Provides error message (see details above), download manager does not open. Expected Results: Save the file to disk. My Computer: Pentium IV 1.7 ghz 512 MB RAM
