Opening/exiting in fullscreen is working very slow for HDR videos on macOS 11 and a 4k monitor.

Note: This issue happens only on 4k monitor.
Affected version: Firefox 100.0b2
Affected Platform:
MacOS 11
Steps to reproduce:
- Open Firefox
- Save the attached video
- Drag and drop the video saved at previous step
- Click on FullScreen
Actual result:
A black window is maximized for 4~5 seconds after the video is loading.
Expected result:
Fullscreen on the HDR video should work without delays.
Note: The same behaviour happens on exiting fullscreen.
