Cannot control-click an item in history to open it as a tab.  I'm unsure of
other methods of opening up tabs.

Additionally, it appears that items loaded via the history aren't loaded from
cache as I'd expect.  I think they should be entirely loaded as if mozilla was
in an offline mode, regardless of user preferences in loading pages.
