We would like to add a button to Phabricator that allows creating an uplift revision from an existing stack without leaving the Phabricator UI (ie a one-click uplift request). This will enable:
- creating an uplift request when landing the patch on central, which is typically when the content of the patch is freshest in the developers mind.
- make it easier to uplift a patch when it has landed on central for a few days, and finding the patch in the local repository would be more busy work when the developer can easily locate the Phabricator revision.
As the uplift justification form still needs to be completed and stored, it would be better to add this function to Phabricator rather than Lando.
