[Description:]

When live switching language, the library search bar remains unswitched.

[Environment:]

100.0b4

Mac 11
Windows 10
Ubuntu 22

[Preconditions:]

Configs:
user_pref("intl.multilingual.downloadEnabled", true);
user_pref("intl.multilingual.enabled", true);
user_pref("intl.multilingual.liveReload", true);
user_pref("browser.search.log", true);

Install Languages:
about:preferences /Language - Search More Languages/Select Language to add / Add.

[Steps:]
  1. Install a firefox Firefox locale, en-us for example (autoset region not that relevant).
  2. Locate languages and install a few languages: fr, en, cn
  3. Open about:preferences / Language.
  4. Switch the language to anything previously added (e.g. fr).
  5. Open Library from any access points.
  6. Observe the library search box label.
[Actual Result:]

The library search box label remains unchanged in the original language before switch.

[Expected Result:]

The library search box label is switched to the switched localization.

[Note:]

The library search label is set correctly after restart.
