Steps to reproduce

Scenario 1:

1. Open Firefox.
2. Make sure to have a couple of dictionaries added.
3. Go to bugzilla.mozilla.org / reddit.com / facbook.com
4. Enable check spelling the "Search Bugs" field.
5. Check if check spelling is enabled in "Enter a bug number or some search terms" field.

Scenario 2:

1. Open Firefox.
2. Make sure to have a couple of dictionaries added.
3. Go to https://app.slack.com/ or https://web.whatsapp.com/
4. Disable check spelling in the "Search Mozilla" field.
5. Check if check spelling is disabled in any message box.

Expected result

Consistency in enabling/disabling check spelling for each field.

Actual Result

Scenario 1: Enabling/disabling check spelling for a field is not reflected on other fields.
Scenario 2: Enabling/disabling check spelling for a field is reflected on other fields.
