Steps to reproduce:

During scrolling a website (e.g. bugzilla) I see intermittently disappeared borders on many elements after each scroll.

My device: Poco X3 Pro with 1080x2400 6.67" screen
chrome:gpu says that my screen has 393x873dp resolution with 2.75 scale (maybe fractional scale factor is related to this bug).

Component: Untriaged → Layout
Product: Firefox → Core

I see this only when zoomed out, even on RDM. We usually snap borders to be at least one device pixel, but pinch zoom can make them go under that. But in that case this seems more of a graphics than layout bug.
