176455 - {Table width 100%} is disregarded if it's inside a {div overflow auto} on initial reflow

In this page, there's a table placed inside a div container. The width of the
table is set to "100%", but in reality it is rendered as "width: auto" so that
it only get as wide as its content requires. I expect it to be 100% of the page
body.
This only seems to happen while the div has the "overflow" porperty, which it
has in this case.
Interesting enough, you can notice that if you open the page in the Composer,
then the layout looks more as expected - the table actually becomes 100% wide.
Considering this, it looks as something is broken.
Another thing, change the table-width to e.g. 60% - and it will make the two
"Rows" much higher. I don't see a reason for this.

Seing this too on Windows 2000. Works fine in IE and Opera. 
Netscape 7 doesn't even show the orange div.

resizing the window makes the table 100% wide.

 Confirming this bug on WINXP too. Changing OS to all.

I think this is a dupe of bug 174665. In that bug the width=100% of the table is
set inside the div itself. But in this bug width=100% is set inside the table
and this table is inside div. I think both these bugs are similar.
