As per the linked web-bug, there is a bug in their UA version comparison code that ends up blocking Firefox >= 100. As there are potentially a lot of other subdomains not mentioned in the bug, and based on the fact that UA99 caps are relatively safe, let's add an override for *. while outreach is still going on.
