Based on the first profile, there are some slow composites.

So this improved between 97 and now? The pixel 2 on 100 looks okayish. How does it feel? Is the MediaPad still bad on 101?

Could you please take the profiles again with the screenshots disabled? (Using the "Firefox Graphics" preset is best)
