[Notes]:

• I have managed to reproduce the issue on RU and PL locales.
• Probably the issue is reproducible in multiple languages where the "Thank you" string is displayed as one long word.
• The issue is more visible on small screens.

[Affected versions]:

• Firefox Nightly 101.0a1 (Build ID: 20220417212536)
• Firefox Beta 100.0b7 (Build ID: 20220417185951)

[Affected Platforms]:

• Mac 10.15.7
• Windows 10 x64
• Ubuntu 20.04 x64

[Prerequisites]:

• Have the latest Firefox Nightly/Beta 100 PL build installed.
• Have a new Firefox profile.

[Steps to reproduce]:

1. Open the Firefox browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Resize the browser ~40%.
3. Observe the "Thank you" message.

[Expected result]:

• The "Thank you" message is responsive and is getting smaller while resizing the browser.

[Actual result]:

• The right area overlaps the "Tank you" message while resizing the browser.

This is Fx100 only issue and should be fixed with Fx101, we should verify that its resolved with 101 revert. NI Ed to help verify issue is fixed in Fx101

The about:welcome page was reverted to the old behavior and I can confirm that this issue is no longer reproducible. Verified on the latest Nightly 92.0a1 build (Build ID: 20220503190534) and Beta 101.0b2 on Windows 10 x64, macOS 10.15.6 and Linux Mint 20.
