Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021024 Phoenix/0.3 after selecting an item in a scroll box (e.g.: Component scrollbox on "Enter bug" page) and then clicking off the scroll box, the scroll box still scrolls whichever way I turn the scroll wheel of the mouse to scroll the page. The page scrolls OK, but shouldn't the scroll box, which is no longer selected or even "moused-over", stay put? Problem doesn't exist in Mozilla 1.2b Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021024
Oops, just found the problem in newest build (Mozilla 1.2b Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021024)

Can you put a page where this bug can be reproduced as an attachement?
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Browser go to "Component" scrollbox and select anything in the list. then try to scroll the page with the scroll wheel. It scrolls the list instead. if you click outside of the scrollbox, then you can scroll the page.
This will be fixed by bug 97283
