PR merged, we should stop seeing this error occurring in the future. I'll mark this as resolved once we confirm during the data platform health check meeting that the count of these errors is going down.

During the platform health WG meeting noticed a -358.7% drop in the number of errors related to this. It appears the change resolved the issue. Marking as 'resolved'.
