Details

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Place "bookmarks" button on the toolbar by "customize toolbar"
  2. Click bookmarks button

Actual result:
Bookmarks menu flashes intensely

Expected result:
Open bookmarks menu normally

Additional information:
History menu on the toolbar works without problem.

My environment:
Build ID: 20220420094247
OS: Linux 5.16.0-6-amd64 #1 SMP PREEMPT Debian 5.16.18-1 (2022-03-29)
OS Theme: Adapta-Nokto / Adwaita

After bug 1761929 fixed this problem is no longer reproduced.
