User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.2b) Gecko/20021016 Downloading this and other URLs fail in this same manner. I do not recall this problem with Mozilla 1.2a. They always work with IR 6.0. I have the dialog box image saved as a Windows bitmap. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Go to above URL. 2. 3. Actual Results: Download dialog box message is displayed: C:\DOCUME~1\GBRICKN\LOCALS~1\TEMP\4cvt1dtf.exe could not be saved, because the source file could not be read. Try again later, or contact the server administrator. Expected Results: It should have downloaded the file to the TEMP directory and then copied it to my D:\Downloads directory. No theme was selected. No proxy is being used - direct connection to the Internet.
This is a GIF image of the dialog box described in the bug report.
I also see this problem with mozilla 1.2b. It appears that this is a problem relating to the download manager as well, since it doesn't appear to be possible to get it to open. Any attempts at downloading a file through mozilla fail.
a) Always search before you file a bug. This one is VERY easy to find. (use the query form and/or another way is QA/Frequently reported bugs) b) Be sure that you installed in a complete empty directory if you have problems with a new build (deinstall old build + manually delete all left files) *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 171441 ***

Just found this one. My first thought was to search for "temp not saved". What is the "very easy" search then? Also, I notice you've marked as a dupe, dupe of what?!! Bugzilla doesn't automatically enter a comment or show anywhere what the bug is.
