1765859 - Save to Pocket refresh recent saves cache clear

To test:

1. Have to FF accounts and 2 Pocket accounts associated with a different Pocket account.
2. Save 3 different stories with each account, so 6 total.
3. Click the Pocket button while on newtab.
4. Take note of the 3 stories you see in the panel under recent saves, should match the 3 stories you saved with that account.
5. log out of that account, and into the other.
6. Click the Pocket button again, and now note the 3 recent saves, they should match the new accounts recent saves, and not the previous one.

If doing steps 3-6 takes longer than a half hour, your test is likely going to produce a false positive because the cache expired anyway.
