176620 - Download Manager and progress dialogs will not open

I just upgraded from 1.1 to 1.2Beta today and now my download manager will not
open up in a window. Downloads will not open up in progress dialogs either. They
still download but I get no screen asking where to save and no screen showing me
it is downloading. Everything just saves to the last place I had saved before
upgrading. Rigth click Save as will open up the save dialog then after choosing
a location it will have no progress dialog. I have restarted a few times and
will probably reinstall 1.1 . I am going to try and recreate this at work tomorrow.

Also I was logged into a java based IRC chat room. After filing the bug report I
tried to download 1.1 and it failed. I then closed the browser window and
Mozilla crashed. I submitted a report with talkback. 
Here is the info on my Java plugin
Java(TM) Plug-in: Version 1.4.0_01
Using JRE version 1.4.0_01-ea Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM
