I'll assume you mean the Popup Manager. The code was backed out due to problems
too visible for a 1.2 final release - and bug 166442 was reopened.
I was debating if this should be INVALID or a dupe of bug 166442 (with the
underlying implication that is, again, no easy way of controlling popups). I
decided on the latter.
