One thing I'm noticing:
https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/api/queue/v1/task/FSlmoHIMRRafxaWxb90MKA/artifacts/public/build/apt/Packages doesn't exist.
https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/api/queue/v1/task/FSlmoHIMRRafxaWxb90MKA/artifacts/public/build/apt/Packages.gz does.
Not sure if that's related or a red herring.

Glandium, do you know what's going on here? I'm not seeing the expired cert personally.

This was fixed by triggering the ubuntu raw images, which upgraded the ca-certificates package.
