Any image I try to right-click and use "Save Image as..." goes through the
process as if all is well.... check afterwards... no image file was saved ---
*anywhere* on the computer.

This may be related to the bug where *.exe files get the "broken"unreadable"
message.

This stuff *used to work*...  so the evil is probably in the diffs.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Select any image and right-click
2.  Choose "Save Image as..." from the popdown menu
3.  Step through the process of saving the file.
4.  Go look for the file to see if it was saved.

Actual Results:  
No file was saved... anywhere (I looked).

Expected Results:  
File should have been saved.

Sorry, the search query i used turned up "Zarro Boogs"... i see this bug is
rampantly duped.  What a mess...

This is related to the inability to save files or images and manifests outside
the "download manager" under the File-Save or the Save-Image-As... types of
functions.
