Anytime that you attempt to go back when you would normally expect a "data
repost yes or no" message, you get a "file /filename_here not found" message

dupe of bug 123662 or 168061 ?
I'm seeing this quite regularly since a few months, and I think it's cache
related (remember the single-file cache changes in august).

Oh yes, I see it in build 2002102208 on Mac OS 9, and in a regular 1.2b on
Windows NT, so I changed the platform and OS.
OS: Mac System 9.x → All
Hardware: Macintosh → All
History: Session seems to be the right component, I apologize if this is wrong.
