1768708 - Make the toggle buttons on about:addons easier to hit and/or scale with font-size

The toggle buttons on about:addons have a small hit area and its easy to click the whole item rather than toggle to enable/disable the addon.

One potential solution would be to ensure the toggle buttons (and the options menu trigger) scale with text-only zoom.
