What's the goal of running with a conditioned profile? I'm curious what the context is here. Thanks.

earlier this year bug 1750188 was found and caused a dot release to go out. This has been a topic asked for over the years and we are trying to make it happen this year. here is a document of the rough plan:

this is in production; a few low frequency intermittents have shown up, but otherwise looking good.
