Reason: EXCEPTION_PRIV_INSTRUCTION

Top 1 frames of crashing thread:

0 mp3dmod.dll class CComBase* CreateCodecInstance

There are a decent number of these crashes, though from only a few install times. They have the crash reason EXCEPTION_PRIV_INSTRUCTION. The stacks are useless, but the top frame is in the module mp3dmod.dll, which some link claims is a "Microsoft MP3 Decoder DMO" whatever that means. I'm going to assume this is related to sandboxing.

Tried to play with prefs to reproduce this, but no joy.
Hasn't happened for 3 weeks and only on 2 installs, so I think we can close this for now.
