There is always a horizontal scrollbar on Tiktok (because ::-webkit-scrollbar forces the use of overlay scrollbars?)

On Tiktok, there's always a horizontal scrollbar at the bottom of the screen. I've zoomed out all the way to 30% and even that won't make it go away. Windows display scaling is 200% and resolution is set to monitors native resolution too, so there should be no rounding error weirdness there. Can't repro this issue in Chrome but that might be because in Chrome, it seems to use custom scrollbars? Apologies if this is a tiktok issue and not a Firefox issue https://www.tiktok.com/@tiktok
Oops I should specify, on the base https://www.tiktok.com homepage, I can indeed make the horizontal scrollbar go away by zooming out. It's account pages (like this https://www.tiktok.com/@tiktok ) where the horizontal scrollbar is always present.

The Bugbug bot thinks this bug should belong to the 'Core::Layout: Scrolling and Overflow' component, and is moving the bug to that component. Please correct in case you think the bot is wrong.

At a glance this looks like a website issue... TikTok uses ::-webkit-scrollbar, and that seems to force overlay scrollbars in Chromium browsers.

Verified this issue and could not reproduce it on Firefox versions 122 and 124, with the scaling set to 200%.
If the reporter can confirm that the issue reproduces in a new profile, we will gladly re-open the issue.
Tested with:
Browser / Version: Firefox Release 122.0.1 (64-bit)/ Firefox Nightly 124.0a1 (2024-02-15) (64-bit)
Operating System: Windows 10 PRO x64
